2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Delivery Estimates Shipping schedules depend on your location. Here are our current estimates: United States: 7–14 business days. 

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or peak seasons.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly on our website via our tracking portal. 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes ChicTrendz™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
